How to revise Tds return if orignal return filed is Paper return so conso file not available??

How it can be from 2007 it is online
We can till date file manual tds return. It is of last year only.
You should Contact your Assessing Officer ( TDS Ward ).they have power to Revise your TDS Return his System..........
