Which type of salary is shown in salary (sec 192A) TDS return 24Q???? i.e basic salary, gross salary (before deductions), or net salary.......???

In the form it is written as "Taxable amount on which tax is to be deducted", hence In my view, you should mention it as Gross Salary less of all deduction and allowances but including tax deducted on salary.
In addition to this, in the 4th Quarter, you have to file the entire details of salary received alongwith the deduction amount of the complete year for calculation of Tax in Annexure II of 24Q.

You have to show the gross salary of the employee in the quarterly transactions. you have to provide complete salary paid details in the Q4 return. your monthly details should match with the gross salary mentioned in the Q4 retutrn.
