Reg. E assessment, the 15 days time to reply their queries, what is the remedy ,if I have not replied. How to reply when the reply place have been deactivated on expiry of 15 days. What will be the effect of non reply? I am sending the screen shot of I.T portal. Kindly advice me how to proceed

We have received the similar notice after expiry if 15 days vide email. in this case we have contacted the CPC office and accordingly replied on email provided thereon. you can also raise grievances in this regard.

For non compliance penalty under 272A(1)(d) can be initiated. but don't worry, being 1st year of faceless assessment, there won't be any harsh treatment from department. try to click reference id and submit your reply else wait for 142(1) with specific questionnaire

For the safer side submit a reply manually to your AO. We also had a notice of e proceedings received via mail, however the same is not at all appearing in the portal.

AO suggested to leave a reply in manual and wait for further communication.
