dear experts are e invoicing was mandatory on sales to b2c or service to b2c and exempted goods after 1st aug23 and above 5cr limit....?

E invoice is Exempt (or Not applicable) slfor B2C SALES AND SERVICES & EXEMPTED GOODS...
