E-iec submission problem without digital signature

Hi,

So I have filled the online IEC for modification of details. 

However, when i go to the submit application, i am unable to get a "submit without digital signature" option in the drop down box. i do not possess a digital signature and i want to submit the application by post. But without this option i am not able to submit. Can anyone help?

Now there is no manual process. It has to be compulsorily submitted with dig signature only.You can use class 2 (used for income tax purpose) only to sign
