Whether duty drawback can be claimed, if sale is made in Indian Rupees ? If not We have received advance payment against proforma invoice made in Indian Rupees , now can we send Actual Invoice in USD to calim duty drawback.

Duty drawback is available even if invoice is in INR provided realisation is in foreign currency.
