Duty drawback

Dear All,

I wanted to know about the duty drawback scheme against Re-Export of imported Goods. I have learnt Section 74 but unable to understand properly.

We are importing the goods. Paying Duty. And exporting the same goods.

So now we want to avail duty drawback scheme. Kindly let me know, from where i have to start.

Also Our Product head 9018 comes under FPS. Can we avail FPS with Duty Drawback.
