DUMMY IN MY FIRM...SHOULD HE BE PUNISHED?

Why do u think that he should be punished.?

 You should write down a letter on a A4 size paper addressed to Secratery mentioning the Member's name along with membership number and the article regn no. of the dummy article. You have also to mention your name so that it seems to be a genuine application. and send it to vishwas nagar new delhi. 

Why not be punished???
I dont know the procedure but I think dummies shouldn't happen...

Its the same degree so the effort must be there too...

So do u think that every CA firm is providing the work to all the articles students..Do u think that there will be good work in the small firms so that every person can get the work to learn. In such cases what would be wrong if they take dummy articles..

well if there's little work but atleast there's an effort to go and sit in the office...

If you are an article you will be doing some job in the firm

Oh nice Dhaval..the question raised by me doesn't mean that i am not doing articles..I like to do work..i had done somany in my firm too...but i said in general point of view that..not everyone get the articles in the better way as u and me got..so and in my point of view i am not even supporting dummy articles..i am just saying there might be several reasons o a person in taking dummy articles..so for that he should not be punished ..that is my point of view..if i hurt anyone of ur feeelings i aplogise ..

Well if there are several reasons of not doing articleship then might as well not do CA..coz Articleship forms the crux of the course..

Ohk fine do u think every articled student in India doing articles got the knowledge of work done in the Firm? In that case there are somany going to the office and sitting idle becoz of no work..so they should quit the CA as u said as articles is main backboen for doing CA..

ok here's an example...there was a party in a building and one guy who was dancing lost balance and fell over some person who was leaning at the balcony...that person falls off the balcony and dies...everbody sees it and its clearly a case of accidental death...

Another situation is that the guy purposely pushes a person off the balcony causing his death...what do we call it??Murder

In both cases the person dies..but then different reports of cases

what I am talking is not about the end result..I am talking of the Intent...I hope this will make my point clear to you and others who support your view

@ alifiya - my advice would be keep quite.. u just think and see abt urself.. dont be bothered abt others.. its their life.. if they do dummy they wont get the experience.. let us bother abt our business.. U struggle, u come up and u rejoice.. by givin a letter to insti u will be puttin urself into trouble too.. since ur boss will be declared guilty under professional ethics and everyone who have undergone or are undergoin articles period will be declared non valid..

The chalta hai attitude...!!!! This is why the country is still in the developing stage

Institute wont be that relentless...M sure the working articles will get their credit hours of what they spent under the member working
