Is it new LLP formed after 1/10/2020 ?.
Yes i formed on dated 31.12.2020
If incorporation is after 1/10/2020 then , you have to confirm date from MCA website .

Form 8 is required Tobe filled till 30th may (I.e 60 days from closer of FY) & Form 11 is required to filled with 30 days after expiry of 6 mnths from end of FY (I.e 30th oct) bt since your Llp is formed in December ,You can have Your First F.Y till 31st March 2022
For the Financial year ending 31st March of any year, LLP Form 8 due date shall be 30th October of the subsequent Financial Year.
You have incorporated on 31.12.2020.
You have to file LLP 8 till 30 October 2022
