What is current due date
of filing Annual Returns under Co.Law for the F.Y.2020-21 in the light of extended due dates under Income Tax Act?
MCA has not yet given relaxation in filing Annual Returns of Companies.

MCA has now given general relaxation for holding AGM by additional 2 months ie for cos which has last date of convening AGM is 30/09/21 can held it by 30/11/21 ,so form filing due date is also extended by 30/60 days respectively, that is AOC-4 30/12/21 and MGT-7 by 29/1/22
