MCA has not yet given relaxation in filing Annual Returns of Companies.
MCA has now given general relaxation for holding AGM by additional 2 months ie for cos which has last date of convening AGM is 30/09/21 can held it by 30/11/21 ,so form filing due date is also extended by 30/60 days respectively, that is AOC-4 30/12/21 and MGT-7 by 29/1/22
