due date for filling GSTR-3B
what is the due date for filling GSTR-3B for the period October 2018 to feb 2018 without penalty and with penalty also. pls reply as soon as pissible.

Note that government has waived late filing fees only for returns till period Sept, 18 and that too if returns are filed till 31.3.19
In your case you are already liable to pay late fees.
There is no last date by which you have to file, however advisable to file it as soon as you can because every day penalty is increasing.
