i have doubt about deduction under sec 80 c
if I'M buying house under scheme of pradhan mantri avas yojana and availed rebate of 2 lakh...
(for rebate condition... the house is on the name of Female which is her first house on her name)
so as a husband can i claim deduction in my ITR ??

she is dependent and not earning any income,
due to clubbing of income provisions
You might claim in your ITR return unless you are paying for it.
