THE EMSIGNER YOU ARE USING...UNINSTALL IT AND INSTALL THE LATEST ONE....WHEN APPLYING SEE TO IT THAT U RIGHT CLICK THE EMSIGNER AND SELECT RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
Run Emsigner as Admin
If using Chrome,
Open new tab, Type https://127.0.0.1:1585
Select Advance,
Click Proceed anyways.
Now try Registering again.
