not able to register dsc on gst portal, showing error as "failed to established connection to the server. plese restart emsighner"

There may be some issue at GST portal. Try after a day. Please make sure you have DSC only from authorized provider.
THE EMSIGNER YOU ARE USING...UNINSTALL IT AND INSTALL THE LATEST ONE....WHEN APPLYING SEE TO IT THAT U RIGHT CLICK THE EMSIGNER AND SELECT RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
Run Emsigner as Admin
If using Chrome,
Open new tab, Type https://127.0.0.1:1585
Select Advance,
Click Proceed anyways.
Now try Registering again.
