Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether Private Limited companies with a turnover exceeding 200 crore can file their GSTR-1 using the Electronic Verification Code (EVC) option. Based on Rule 26 of the CGST Rules 2017, it appears EVC filing is permissible. One user confirmed successful filing and validation via EVC, receiving email confirmation. The consensus is that if the return has been filed and shows as 'Filed - Valid' or final in the PDF, there should be no further issues.

Refer rule 26 of the CGST rules 2017 , with latest amendments .

I didn't find any concrete, i have my GSTR-1 and it track return status is showing "Filed -Valid" and also got email confirmation of successfully filed

Is Further i could face any issue ?

Kindly confirm and advice

If GSTR-1 is filed and if it shows final in the PDF then it is fine
Pls file returns.
I already filed return through EVC
There won't be any issue if it is already filed
