Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is mandatory for filing of GSTR9.

No, for GSTR-9 DSC is not compulsory but if you are a company or a LLP then there is compulsion for DSC
But for GSTR-9C there is compulsion of Auditors DSC for signing and same to GSTR-9 for fillings GSTR-9C
