drag down list arrow of excel disabled ??

i am mostly working in excel 2007. drag down list arrow which is very useful for fitting contents within a page & also for formula has been disabled.

its really casuing problems. how to enable it.

Click on symbole which is left hand site at top.

then click to excel option

Select Advance in that there is option of enable fill handle and cell drag & drop.

Then u can do drag & drop.
