DPT-3 FILING FOR FY 2020-21

Since our accounts of FY 2020-21were received late in March 22 the bs were filed late, and unfortunately the DPT-3 filing for fy 2020-21 was missed out.  I would like to know if any amenesty scheme can be awaited for filing the DPT-3 so as to forgo the penalty.  Is there any further chance of Amenesty scheme within a year or so.  Kindly advise if i shall file the forms now with the penalty or wait for Amensty Scheme.
