i am accountant of a Partner ship firm our firm incurred some expenses of Rs.11,700/-
we have bill only for 9,700/- and i wont have bill for remaining Rs.2,000/-
can we book expenses for full Rs. 11,700/??????? or can we book only for 9,700/- only.??????
you should fetch copy of duplicate bills for rs 2000 and can book whole amount as expenses.
