This is Dilip & i have completed my ipcc group1 in nov 12 examinations and itt & orientation in march.
So My question is if i can register for articleship before 30th april when am i going to complete my articleship? and when will be Final exams?
Suppose if i had not registered before 30 th april & register around 20th may when am i going to complete my articleship? and when will be my final exams?
Plz answer both the above questions asap...
If you register for articleship before april 30th, you will be eligible to write the final examinations in NOV 2015 because Final attempt becomes due in the last 6 months of your articleship i.e if you register in april, last 6 months will be from "NOV 2015 to APRIL 2016" since exams will be conducted in november you can write them in november but if you register in may, as novemeber would not fall in the last 6 months, you will not be eligible.
And regarding articleship period, If you register for articleship on 15-04-13 , It will get completed on 15-04-16 i.e, 3 consecutive years....but however it may extend to an extra period which will depend on the leaves taken by you
