dispatch Form 109 of transfer only when r sure about  the new  firm, or company for industrial training (subject to the other terms and conditions for ind training), as the case may be. once Form 109 reached to ICAI then it will take problem.

if Form 109 (transfer form) have not been delivered then u can rejoin the previous firm and consider the vacant period as leaves taken by you.
