Doubt regarding dd

I have completed my articles, but due to some reasons, filing of form no. 108 got delayed....now i have to take a DD of 300...there is no specification as to on which name the DD has to be taken...is it on The secretary, ICAI...i just wanted to confirm...

The Secretary Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India payable at New Delhi/Kanpur

I believe that you have to send the DD where you have registered your articles. ie Regional Office (Northern, Eastern, Western or Southern)
