Doubt regarding articleship status

Hello 

This is dilip pursuing my first year of articleship in a chartered accountant firm......unfortunately my principal passed away in november......so me along with my friend joined under another partner in the firm and we sent form 111 & 103 to the institue.....

But his articleship status was updated and got a mail from the institute...whereas my status was not updated & no e mail from the institute.........

will there be any problem now?
