Doubt regarding articleship leave

Dear Sir,

Can i elegible to intemediate examination if i completed my articleship upto dec. and i take leave jan onwards so if i take leave for 4 months so can i eligible for may 13 exam. because in examination there will be artcleship completed on or before 30/04/2013. Is this my leave considred as Articleship Period.Solve my query on urgent basis.

leaves of 1/6th of total working days are allowed and they are not deducted from your articleship period. If you hwish to take your exam on your due date than you have to take leave as less as possible
