Hi friends,
A one person company has failed to appopint auditor companies act, 2013.Now the Roc has given notice to file annual returns for FY 2014-15 ,2015-16,&2016-17. how can we submit financial statements of such company without being audited or can we appoint an auditor for the company now ???
You can show the appointment of some auditor from back date, who will audit the financials for the financial year ending 2015, 2016 and 2017 otherwise you need to apply for condonation of delay for non appointment and auditors and for not holding AGM as your financials were not prepared and audited which is lengthy process and heavy penalty will be levied on the company.
