We are a contractor registered under esi/pf has pays regularly for OUR direct employee .
what if we give sub contract to other person as job work does we requires to deduct esi and pf
for all his workers name wise or we can directly deduct on the sub contractor name..
No need of deduction, when subcontractor is deducting the same. Those are not under your pay roll now.
