Yes, it is acceptable by the ICAI if you can satisfy rules laid by them...

other course timing should be up to 10:30AM and 5:30PM only...

Hi GARG... as such no one is going to inform ICAI that u r studying different course as well,... But if, by any chance, ICAI itself comes to know this thing by its own resources.... Trust me brother, you won't be allowed to continue with the institute any more....

Moreover, the rules are very lenient, i.e as such we all are at articleship from 10am - 6pm (average).., now if u attain any other course beyond these timings (that to if its compulsary to attain classes for the same)., then ICAI wil never ever deny for the same....

for non filing of form penalty will be imposed for delay in filing form

for less than 30 days  no penalty

above 30 but less than 60 days 100Rs. and so on
