I did contributed thro online banking , to PMNRF in march 2016, as the amount has debited to my SB accounts, despite of sevearl requests to PMO, said receipt was not issued to me , so I can avil its deduction u/s 80G ?

for claim this deduction the following details have to be submitted in your Income Tax Return
Name of the Donee
PAN of the Donee
Address of the Donee
and the amount contributed
all this things available with yoy then u can file income tax return. and you can show challan or payment transaction as a proof for the same.
