Hello Sir,
Till last year provided Donation Receipt which I got from Orphanage home for 80G, But tax filing people this year asking Form 10BE and they are not accepting the Donation Receipt. Is that any change now?
Donation Receipt consists of Organization PAN and all other receipt details.
Please clarify.

Correct. The organization has to file Form 10BD giving details of all the donation received from Donors.
Once it is verified, they can download form 10BE from the site, & have to issue a copy to each donor.
Based on this form 10BE donor can claim donation u/s. 80G.
