i too think the same. In bangalore there are so many institutes teaching for CA . I guess you can manage with the study material because in this pcc there were many such questions which were of the same type given in the study material and the RTPS

dear sandy,
what you have said is correct . but its afterall depends on your conditions both mentaly as well as financial. becanse if you have good financial condition and if your not so brilliant than that time you need for coaching . So its depends on person to person to wheather to take coaching or not
To succeed in CA exams Focus & real Hard work required not the coaching ....
It is not that coaching does'nt help you in succeeding the CA exams like, according to me it only gives you a wayforward but you should walk on that in the way which leads to success.

HARD WORK IS THE POINT FOR SUCCESS. IT CAN BE EITHER AFTER ATTENDING COACHING CLASSES OR JUST LIKE SANDY HAS QUOTED BY SELF ALSO.. THOSE WHO CAN AFFORD OFTEN TAKE LESS RISK.. is what i feel..

yes your are correct.
What I found that coaching classes only focus on Examinations and claim that their passing % are more than 90.
But when you go through the study matrerial given by ICAI (which was developed with the help of greatest faculty of ICAI)
you get more deep and practicle knowledge which automaticaly helps in examination.
yes you are exactly right...... only hard work pays, .but it depends on the student's ability to take coaching or not
