We are in E-commerce Industry and we sell our goods through different Portals like eBay, amazon etc.
We export goods to different countries under CSB-V mode.
Just want to know that does Export document closure is require for the same?
Do we have to submit all CSB-V Invoice along with CSB-V shipping bill to bank for closure and Generate E-BRC or BRC.?

It might really help to solve your eBRC case for E-Commerce Export.
Always remember Ebrc is mandatory to close the shipping bill even if you don’t want to opt for incentives; keeping SB open for above 15 months could lead you to trouble. It would be advisable to get your eBRC earliest for your E-Commerce shipments.

There is no any concept of open shipping Bill or Close shipping bill or to close shipping Bill in the Customs Act 1962 by submitting BRC or E-BRC unless you claim any Export benefit benefit even you export under E commerce.I had posted on CAclube that if any body is having any resolution under which EBRC or BRC is required for Closing of shipping bill even export under E commer but no body has yet send any Notification.
