When he can prepare software itself, where is the question of its learning?
It depends on your employer and future prospectives.
Small and medium organisations may use TallyErp9.
Few other use Quick books , Oracle , SAP, Navision, Focus etc

No compulsory but generally in ca maximum small customers use tally software, so we must have enough knowledge of it
