After the Exports are over the following Documents are kept at our file for further enquiery.
1- Purchase Order :- The purchase order of the Exported goods must be kept in file.
2- Shipping Bill :- This is the document showing the details of goods exported.
3- Bill of Lading/ Airway Bill :- This will recieved from liner party or Airway party
4- Bank Statement showing reciept of payment against sale.
Just a Supplement!
Copy of G R is also an important document that needs to be retained in addition to the documents mentioned.

Sorry for my mistake, Ram sir, you are right, really i miss that document.
The GR form "Guaranteed Remittence" take a copy from the duplicate copy of G.R before submitting to our bank.
