Dear,

            As per co. law with form no. 23ac bs should be attached. now other form like auditor caro report and notice of meeting how to attached with form 23ac.

Dear Pawan,

 

Documents to be attached with Form 23AC are:

 

  1. Notice of AGM
  2. Directors’ Report
  3. Auditors’ Report
  4. Balance Sheet with annexure and schedules

 

Get the above documents signed by concerned person and scan them in PDF format and attach accordingly with Form-23AC.

               Thanks for your prompt reply. But in form 23ac written as to attach Board Report. So whether board report to be attached with audit report or  Director report(AGM) to be attached with form 23ac

Dear Pawan,

Board Report and Directors' Report are one and the same thing. Scan the documents in the sequence mentioned above.

Revert if there is any doubt.
