You need school leaving certificate as id proof and ration card / electricity bill / telephone bill any of these for current month as residential proof.

As you have mentioned that you don't have any resident proof, if you are residing as tenant then your rent agreement will do.

Pratik you can submit school leaving certificate as proof of identity. The bank statement / passbook contains the address which can be submitted as both the identity proof and residential address proof. But make sure that it is not more than 6 months old as on the date of application.
