A CA PCC Student who did not pass his PCC Exams till the last November 2012 Attempt, but had completed 100 hours Computer Training and Articleship for 3 1/2 years. On conversion from PCC to Intermediate course does that student who completed his Articleship of 3 1/2 years has to AGAIN go for Articleship of 3 1/2 years or he can just submit the conversion form and appear for IPC in May 2013. Please do explain in detail.

No.Just go to ICAI's site, search for the article named "Discontinuation of PCE" and follow the conversion procedure given.If you have completed your articleship and received the completion certificate from ICAI then your training is over..You just need to clear the exams now.
So it means now the CA PCC student who had completed his Computer Training and also completed 3 1/2 Years of Articleship does not have to go for Articleship training again on conversion to Intermediate Course. He just have to appear for the Exams and pass Intermediate.
