Hi All
In ICWAI Syllabus Valuation chapter is not there in Corporate Financial Reporting, whereas Amalgamation and Group Financial Statement are there.
What I want to know is whether I can skip Valuation chapter while preparing for Corporate Financial Reporting for ICWAI Final. Please let me know if it is necessary to do this chapter to understand amalgamation and Group Financial Statements.

YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO HAVING UNDERSTANDING OF VALUATION PART TO DO SOME OF AMALGAMATION QUESTIONS.
BUT IF YOU ARE SHORT OF TIME YOU CAN LEAVE IT BECAUSE AS PER PAST PAPERS FREQUENCY OF SUCH KIND OF QUESTIONS ARE VERY LOW
