Do outbound links open in new tabs?

As of my last update in January 2022, I don't have the ability to interact with or modify web pages, including controlling how links behave (e.g., opening in new tabs). Whether outbound links open in new tabs or not depends on how the website is designed and programmed. Some websites may set outbound links to open in new tabs by default, while others may not. It's a decision made by the website's developers and can vary from site to site.
