With due respect i beg to inform you, that ,

for my client , for the a.y 2011-2012 return filed through online TAX AUDIT FILE ( BY ANOTHER CA ) ,,

for a.y 2012-2012 return filed through manually because of non audit case ( by me ) AND

NOW THIS A.Y 2013-2014, TILL NOW , I AM NOT BEEN ABLE TO COLLECT PASSWORD FROM THAT PARTICULAR CA and

i don't know secret question answer also, and no option ack no for a.y 2011-2012 also,

so, my question is how to get my password for e file of the a y 2013-2014,,

plsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss help me,,,,,,,,,

pls...............................it's my request..

you can mail the following details of the client to validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in

1. PAN

2. NAme

3. Father's Name

4. Date of Birth

5. Address That was given by the client when he gave the application for issuing PAN

& thus you will get a new password from validate

U can reset password by uploading Digital Signature or entering your last e-filling ACK.no.

If u dont have those then send an e-mail to " validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in" with the following details

1) PAN.

2) PAN holder's name.

3) Date of birth.

4) Father's name.

5) Registered PAN address.

on successful validation, the password will be sent to registered e-mail.

And again if you dont know your registered e-mail ID or any how cannot follow the step, just call toll free number " 1800 4250 0025" and explain the situation. The will deactivate your account and then create a new account.

You can use the forgot password option....

and...

If you have failed to reset the password thru the 'Security answer' and 'last IT Acknowledgement' options, and you have even forgotten or lose access to your registered e-mail id......

then; the easiest, and unfortunately in most of our cases, the last and ONLY way to get access to your account is

--> Get a new DSC [Digital Signature Certificate]

--> Use Forgot Password Option

--> Choose Upload DSC option

--> Choose "New DSC", if u haven't registered one with your account

--> and hit [[Validate]]

They'll directly take you to "new password" set option... retype and confirm the password... and You're in.. :)
