Dividend (resolution)

Resolved that an account under the name and style XYZ Ltd Dividend 2008 account be opened with ABC bank Chennai branch and that necessary application in this regard to ABC bank be signed by M/s X, Y and Z directors.

Further resolved that the said account be operated through the printed warrants of ABC bank for payment of dividend to shareholders and be operated severally by Mr X or Mr Y or Mr Z directors.
