In case of dissolution of company - Investment in portfolio management services
Where will the settlement go in case of dissolution, to company's bank accounts or can there by
any nominee given by company?

Settlement amount credited to company's bank account
The fair value gain or loss to P&L, but the actual gain + investment basic settlement amount debited to bank.from there use dissolution process. There is no need to settle it this way, you can exchange liabilities with transferring investments to new company if sebi allows.
