I want to suggest:

"Getting to YES"

Written for first edition in 1981 by : Roger Fisher (professor and Director of the Harvard Negotiation Project), William Ury (negotiation / mediation consultant and director of the Negotiation Network at Harvard University & Associate Director of the Harvard Negotiation Project),

and for the Second Edition in 1991 by:, Bruce Patton (founder and director of Vantage Partners, Deputy Director of the Harvard Negotiation Project).

This book has become a negotiation best seller: over 2 million copies in 20 different languages (in 1999) and has broadly influenced negotiation literature.

"Our ICE burg is melting" is also a good book for management lessons

Like i write in about me.. i am an avid reader and my idol is Robin Sharma ( The International leadership guru) I first read "The monk who sold his ferrari" and then i could not stop myself to read further from Mr Robin Sharma.

I then read Family wisdom, The greatness guide part 1 & 2 both etc etc. But i also have dislikes "The Alchemist" (Best selling book), which i feel completely biased. Please dont mind frns.

Right now I'm reading "Difficult Conversations".

90% of all problems and conflicts in an organizations or family stem from what has NOT been said. NOT been talked through. From issues that should have been raised, but weren’t.

This book makes the skills that allow us to adress difficult issues in constructive ways crucial job skills. And Difficult Conversations by Douglas Stone Bruce Patton and Sheila Sheen is the best book I’ve seen on this subject.
It is, quite simply, excellent!

Summary:-

We can lift ourselves out of ignorance, we can find ourselves as creatures of excellence and intelligence and skill.

Once again i say "The Secrete" in which i dont believe.
