Disclosure in sch vi

Dear Neeraj,

As per Revised Schedule VI, amount given as advance for investment in shares of other company i.e. Share application money pending for allotment of shares in the Company will be shown on Assets Side under the head "Other Current Assets" or "Non Current Assets" depending on expected date of allotment in next 12 months or thereafter from the date of Balance sheet.
