Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the rules around cash deposits for Private Limited Companies in India. It confirms that depositing up to ₹3,00,000 into a Bank of India account over three days, in ₹1,00,000 instalments, does not violate Section 269ST of the Income Tax Act. The consensus is that there are no daily cash restrictions that would lead to disallowance for such transactions.
