any of three than u have to comply

my question is about HOWEVER condition where it said, if CEASES to fulfill any of three for 3 years continuous, no need to follow rule

while applicable said same comply if any of three satisfy, whats diff?

here the rule doesn't specify of which financial year p.y. or subsequent financial year.in case a company comply with any of the 3 conditions it shall make the appointment of ID provided it has complied with any of the 3 conditions in preceding 3 f.y .
