One of Pvt Ltd co. sold its assets prev. year, whether it should be mentioned in Director's Report towards filing of RoC returns. Please reply......Thanks in advance

I think that point will be covered under Auditor report or report attached to them.............which is one of the attachment while filing Form 23AC..........

The above answers are correct,the matter would be dealt by auditors report.
Their no need to incoporate sale of asset in Director Report but it will incoporated in Auditors Report
