Director's Report

I think that point will be covered under Auditor report or report attached to them.............which is one of the attachment while filing Form 23AC..........

I think, You are absolutely right Ms Nidhi.  It will cover under Auditor's Report.  I have doubt, but now I confirmed

The above answers are correct,the matter would be dealt by auditors report.

Their no need to incoporate sale of asset in Director Report but it will incoporated in Auditors Report
