plz provide me format of directors report for private limited companies whose not started business till date

Even without business activity, a private limited company must prepare a Director's Report. It should focus on the pre-operative status of the company, compliance with board meeting requirements, and the Director's Responsibility Statement. Use the "Small Company" format if you qualify under Section 2(85) to simplify the disclosure requirements.
