Director of a struck off company

Hi all.
1.If a person is a director of a company which has been struck off, will he be still considered interested in that company?

2. How to know a director's shareholding in a company?

3. How to know which all companies a person is a member in and his shareholding?

1.No. With the striking off, the company is no longer considered to be in existence..... 2. for shareholding in a particular company, you will have to check it annual return.... 3.You have to individually check the companies....there is no particular link or manner to get the shareholding details.....
