Director not counted for quorum

I have a query. Please tell me which type of director not counted for quorum of board meeting .

Hi,

The relevant section for quorum is 174 of the CA 2013.....it is 1one-third of total strength or 2 directors......howver you will al;so have to pay attention to the number of interested directors...
