Director disqualified under u/sec 164(2)
a director is no need to vacate office upto his retirement u/sec 167 if disqualified u/sec 164(2) ...now my query is does On AGM that comes after his retirement on that day he need to vacate office on his own or there is any need to pass any resolution to vacate him...

Yes a special resolution should be passed at the AGM for directors vacation of office if disqualified u/s 164
