Can a Director and nominee of OPC be a directors in a same private limited company at the same time?

Yes, a Director and Nominee of a One Person Company (OPC) can also be a Director in a private limited company at the same time. There is no legal restriction on holding directorship in multiple companies, as long as it does not violate the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant laws.
